I have spent the past 30 years dedicated to business, people, and organisational culture, focusing on creating and sustaining highperformance environments that foster growth, development, and longterm success. My professional journey has taken me from Engineering Apprentice to CEO, and I’ve partnered with global bluechip organisations as well as SMEs across multiple regions. Today, I bring this breadth of experience to my consultancy, Agile Solutions Group.
I work with individuals at every level of an organisation—from senior leadership teams to frontline staff—to design and embed the processes, cultures, and working environments that enable them to deliver on their strategic goals and core values.
